- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned market Boston, Bay Area, or Europe
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with leading biopharma accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' needs are met
- Organise and continue to build the existing sales function of 10 FTE's, also adding marketing headcount.
- 10+ years of genomic software sales experience (Example employers include SOPHiA Genetics, DNAnexus, Illumina, etc)
- A strong network of mid-to-large biopharma contacts to call on from day one
- 5+ years in a commercial managerial/leadership position
- Demonstrated experience generating YoY revenue growth
- Right to work in the US without Visa sponsorship requirement
