    Job Title: Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

    About the Role:

    Mayne Pharma, a leading specialty pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly knowledgeable and dynamic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to establish and maintain scientific relationships with medical professionals, researchers, and other members of the scientific community in Women's Health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Scientific Exchange: Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and academic institutions to disseminate scientific information about Mayne Pharma's women's health products.
    • Medical Education: Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have up-to-date knowledge on women's health clinical data, product information, and treatment guidelines.
    • KOL Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical and research initiatives.
    • Clinical Insights: Gather and relay insights from the field to inform medical strategies, product development, and marketing efforts.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align field activities with broader company goals.
    • Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced Degree: MD, PhD, or PharmD required; MBA preferred.
    • Experience: Prior experience as a field-based Medical Science Liaison required (>8 years); preferred women's health (clinical or industry) experience (>2 years).
    • Skill Set: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, actionable insights; strong networking skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
    • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the Central States (MO, IL, IN, MI, WI, OH, KY, WV); overnight travel (up to 85%) required.

    Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
