Flex-N-Gate: Your Opportunity at a Leading Automotive Components Manufacturer

Scope of the Position

The role of Information Systems Analyst at Flex-N-Gate involves supporting and maintaining business applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing end user training, and ensuring timely assistance.

Responsibilities

Learn and support the corporate ERP system (Epicor CMS) and other necessary applications.
Collaborate with the Information Systems team to define business requirements.
Facilitate communication between information systems and the business.
Document technical requirements and contribute to user guidelines.
Provide user training during project launches and ongoing support.
Deliver excellent customer service under tight project schedules.
Achieve set training and performance goals each quarter.
Travel to various facilities as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Information Systems Manager.

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
Have 2-3 years of experience in Information Systems or related fields.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate effective organizational and presentation abilities in a team environment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
Display willingness to learn new skills and meet priorities.
