Job summary
Meritage Homes is looking for future leaders to help the company grow and solve business challenges through an internship program. The intern will learn about land acquisition, business strategy, and community development.
+Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal business leaders to learn the homebuilding industry and functional areas such as construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing finance human resources etc.
- Learn core values and why they drive everything we do
- Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
- Publish a paper focusing on the experience or another assigned topic+
- Become awesome at operating with integrity always assuming positive intent bringing passion to work having a desire to win get stuff done fostering an inclusive environment asking questions seeking understand making recommendations improve wanting innovate think of new ideas solve bigger problems being relentless in pursuit excellence never settle actively enrolled degree program from regionally accredited university college
