    Job Purpose

    The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring On Timer Customer Deliveries and Stock Transfers to Off Site Locations.
    Principal Accountabilities
    Input Information in SAP to create shipping documents for offsite shipments.
    Assist with posting shipments in SAP.
    Track and communicate carrier or material delays to customers and CSR.
    On-Time Customer Deliveries
    Shipping, Stock Transfers, Inventory Movements & Inventory Status changes
    Track Railcar movements for both Raw Materials & Finished Goods
    Communicate with Chemtrusion for shipping issues and Stock transfers.
    Select appropriate carriers, based on negotiated rates, to minimize delivery cost and maximize customer satisfaction.
    Keep track of Inventory at Outside Warehouses & Rail yards
    Coordinate Shipments & Stock Transfers with Logistics Companies
    Pick Finished Goods
    Generate BOL, CofA, Packing List and email to shipper (also customs invoice if needed) & Offsite Warehouse.
    Ensure Offsite Warehouses are Labeling Boxes per Customer Requirements
    Coordinate Shipments with Satellite warehouses & Transloading Facilities
    Coordinate Stock Transfers with Satellite warehouses & Transloading Facilities
    Shipping, Stock Transfers, Inventory Movements & Inventory Status changes within SAP
    Shipments from all locations including PJF1 (Jeffersonville)
    O/S Tolling - additional tasks other than shipment notifications and stock transfers:
    PO receipt of raw materials shipped direct from vendor to tolling site Production confirmations on finished goods produced.
    Ability to maintain concentration with frequent interruptions.
    A professional, well-groomed appearance and attire is advised.
    Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    Education:
    High School Diploma

    Experience: - 5 years' experience in Customer Service
    Experience using SAP.
    Strong multi-tasking and phone skills
    Strong Organizational, Verbal and Written skills
    Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
    Ability to self-manage Deadlines.

    The salary for this position is $22.00 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
