    Overview:

    Produce pastry and baked goods to the chefs specifications using a variety of techniques and applications.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Produce products in a clean and efficient manner
    2. Following recipes exactly
    3. Fill orders and pars as needed
    4. Proper rotation of products Physical Tasks
      1. Must be able to stand for entire shift
      2. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
      3. Must be able to push a cart
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
    • Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Must be able to communicate effectively
