We are currently seeking a temporary, part-time Financial Analysis Manager to aid the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer in developing financial pro forma models and analysis throughout the company including pro forma financial analyses for project profitability, capital expenditures, and new business models and aid in templates for the Budget. The Financial Analysis Manager is expected to be a high-performing self-starter who has a keen eye for details, fosters a collaborative environment, and seeks to continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic thought partner for Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer on any cash, budget, forecasting, or profitability issues
• Aid with budget templates including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and presentation of the budget which allows leadership to understand all opportunities, risks, and necessary action. Also,
• Establish pro forma analysis templates for projects and capital expenditures
• Seek to consistently improve processes to allow for controls and structure as the company experiences high growth
• Complete any other duties/ special projects assigned by the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA is required
• MBA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field is preferred
• A minimum of 10 years' business experience including 5 years as a Financial Analyst
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel for creating financial models
• Excellent understanding of financial analysis
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work well with a team and also thrive independently

Hourly Rate: $65.00/Hour

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
