    Restaurant Manager

    Overview

    IHOP's largest franchisee is seeking experienced restaurant managers to join their team. This is an immediate opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary structure is highly competitive, based on experience, potential, and performance. Additionally, bonuses are available once training is complete, and managers will be eligible to earn incentives based on their restaurant's monthly profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories
    • Manage entire restaurant operations, including daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
    • Interview, hire, and train high-quality hourly candidates
    • Conduct and facilitate orientation and training for new hourly employees
    • Provide employees with consistent feedback to enhance development and operation
    • Prepare reports, including Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor Controls, and other processes to control company assets
    • Ensure a safe working and guest environment, reducing the risk of injury and accidents
    • Maintain proper security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2-5 years' restaurant management experience
    • Ability to direct and coordinate organizational goals and objectives
    • Ability to build, coach, and develop a team
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Detail-oriented focus on quality
    • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
