A distribution company is hiring an Quality Assurance Supervisor for their Olive Branch center. This is a contract to hire role paying $22- $24 hourly.

• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables,
• Author deviation report and investigate product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatroy requirements,
• Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product non-conformance,
• Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes,
• Author Quality related Standar Operationg Procedures (SOP), Review change control for creation and revision of SOP, documents and forms,
• Mainatain all Quality related procedures such as SOPs, QC Inspections, Deviations and CAPA Quality Control (QC) Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensures that the quantity and labeling and addressing of outbound orders,
• Temp Monitoring Logs, Sanitation Logs, Monthly Container Tracker, Inbound Isnpections being completed in the tablet, and Outbound Inspections being completed in the tablet,
• Reports shortages, damages and mis-shipments,
• Checks contents of orders as filled and assembled by Order Selectors,
• Compare the quanitty, quality, labeling and address with customer order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct,
• Quality inspections warehouse incoming receiving and warehouse receiving inspections,
• Utilize a computer system to create and view comprehensive records of receipt/inspection ,
• Scan, sort, and place material on racks, shelves and/or bins according to predetermined warehouse location,
• Read Work Orders and computer system notes for material to be received, moved, inspected, or put away,
• Quarantine non-conforming materials as required, and report on discrepancies.
