    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
    • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the prescribed time limits
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
    • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in using computer applications and call center systems
