    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionTexas Spine Consultants are need of a medical scribe for fast paced pain management physician and spinal surgery practice.

    Mon
    • Fri 8:30 5p, with offices Addison and N.
    Plano . Must be self-motivated with both excellent grammar and typing skills.


    Key Functions:
    Assists the provider in navigating Electronic Health Record (E.H.R) systemLocates information for reviewEnters information into E.H.R.

    as directed by the providerResearches information as requested by the providerResponds to various messages as directed by the providerAssists physician/physician assistant with documenting patient care in the E.H.R and insuring that all services ordered are coded in the E.H.R.

    and on patient superbill.
    Complies with HIPAA procedures RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's preferred, gap year students are welcome to applyFamiliarity with Medical and Anatomy Terminology requiredAbility to apply communicate at a professional level with patients and physicians/physician assistantsAbility to type 45+ wpmProficient use of Microsoft Office Suit
