- Installation and demolition of primary and secondary distribution systems, emergency generators, transfer switches, transformers, high and low-voltage switchgear, AC and DC motors, motor control installation and troubleshooting, interior and exterior lighting, battery-powered equipment and related battery charges, nurse call, fire alarm and access control in a health care hospital setting.
- Install refrigeration and air conditioning systems by positioning compressors, motors, condensers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, evaporators, heaters, and other components in accordance with design specifications.
- Knowledge of wood and wood substitute materials, and construction techniques. Skill in the use of hammers, handsaws, planes, screwdrivers, power saws, power sanders, and power drills.
- Knowledge of standard plumbing methods and techniques, such as to measure, cut, bend, and thread pipe, caulk and seal elbows, union joints, and fixtures, and hookups.
