- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients.
- Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel.
- Master's or other graduate degrees in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited college or university
- On track to be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries.
- Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.
- Creative thinking with an ability to bring new ideas to the table.

Job Description:
ACP is actively seeking a highly skilled full-time or part-time community-based mental health therapist to assess and address the needs of our diverse clients in and around the Twin Cities metro.
This role takes on a hands-on approach by meeting clients where they're at. Working with clients in their own environment offers a greater chance to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic.
This role is an excellent opportunity for those with a master's degree in behavioral health studies or a related field and on track to become a
ACP provides free individual and group clinical supervision from board-approved supervisors.
