    Job Description and Responsibilities at the Salisbury Ministry Campus:
    • Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.
    • Fridays 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
    • Weekend and late evenings as needed according to PC Events.

    Compensation:
    • $18.00 per hour as a payroll employee.

    Responsibilities:
    • Daily Duties will be added and scheduled primarily by Director of Ops, Campus Athletic Leaders, and Founders.
    • Daily Roster Audits and adjustments.
    • Enrolling New Participants and adding to all additional rosters, routes, and attendance sheets needed.
    • Organization of all campus paperwork for administrative needs.
    • Updating Roster Daily with reported changes.
    • Updating the Campus Ops Schedule and Program Calendar with changes provided by Cory Knight and Campus Leaders.
    • Communicating with volunteers and scheduling volunteer onboarding and tours.
    • Provide an inviting hospitable environment for new participants, employees, and volunteers.
    • Recruiting new volunteers for the Campus.
    • Scheduling volunteers to assist with daily programming and special events.
    • Completing monthly volunteer emails and communications for upcoming events and needs.
    • Working with local community partners for ministry collaboration.
    • Collaborating with ministry chef on the Meal Counts and meal scheduling for each campus.
    • Updating and maintaining the Donor Database and Email Database.
    • Creating new sheets and organization to better serve the ministry.
    • Assisting to plan events for Power Cross.
    • Preparing Snack Daily for participants.
    • Providing Daily Academic Support for participants.
    • Communicate with teachers and schools regarding participants grades, behavior, and attendance.
    • Communicate with coaches regarding academic needs for participants.
