    Job Description:
    Work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps. Manage change and implement new ideas effectively within the Fiber culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach. Provide functional subject matter expertise. Anticipate customers' needs. Interface with partners within and outside of the client. Gather and synthesize detailed business requirements.
    Assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be). Apply analytical skills to rationalize change. Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements. Manage complex projects to major milestones.

    Develop project justification proposals, business cases and return on investment estimates, prepare executive briefings, and project presentations (ability to tell the story), obtain executive approval.

    Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.


    Responsibilities:


    This role will help manage the technical implementation of BSS (Billing Support System) as we roll the software out to all Fiber Markets.

    Project Manager will represent the Install & Repair scope for the Fiber business and will be responsible for managing end-to-end project needs.

    Bug/Issue Creation + Management, Project Planning, Internal + External Communications (email, managing meetings, etc)

    Experience (Mandatory):
    Project Management experience (4-7 years).Experience in managing end-to-end Fiber project needs.
    Experience in managing the technical implementation of BSS (Billing Support System).Familiarity with Spreadsheets, and data analysis practices.
    Experience (Desired):PMP Certified

    Skills:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in (Computer Science, Business Management, etc) or equivalent experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
