    We're looking for a Sr UX Researcher to collaborate closely with our design and product partners to better understand user needs and pain points.

    The Sr UX Researcher will drive user studies to inform design direction and gather signals of confidence that our design solutions are addressing user needs.

    Research projects will take place on our websites, design concepts and prototypes through iterative user testing, surveys and satisfaction responses.

    The right candidate should have demonstrated success in conducting research, designing tests and analyzing data with actionable recommendations. They should have a broad knowledge and experience with a wide variety of research methods.

    The person in this dedicated role will work closely with local and remote teammates in user experience, product and technology teams.

    We're looking for a talented Sr UX Researcher to help us translate our customer data and develop new web applications for professionals in the tax and corporate industries.

    The candidate should have demonstrated success in conducting research, designing tests and analyzing data.
    Candidates should have a broad knowledge and experience with a wide variety of qualitative research methods.
    Primary Responsibilities
    o Identify and evaluate existing research insights from studies to date
    o Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
    o Clearly communicate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
    o Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on research findings and subject matter expertise
    o Work both independently and collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to implement, monitor, and analyze research.
    o Develop analytic framework that enables UX research processes
    o Ability to demonstrate research recommendations in the form of low-fi wireframes
    Customer Validation through Data Collection and Testing
    o Lead tests with users for a variety of content areas.

    o Develop un-biased online research studies using a range of methods, including: mixed method qual-quant surveys, online intercepts, click tests, and unmoderated usability studies.

    o Create test plan and moderate remote usability studies.
    o Knowledge of A|B testing and multivariate testing methods
    o Understand requirements gathering, test design and accurate result measurement.
    o Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop clear and measurable testing objectives that discover customer goals.
    Qualifications
    o Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
    o 4+ years of experience in a research role
    o Ability to make recommendations and present complex information to non-technical audiences
    o Experience with remote usability tools
    o Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
    o Focused attention to detail
    o Empathetic, human-centric approach to analysis
    o Ability to problem-solve and work independently
    o Maintains professional knowledge and experience
    o Experience working in agile environments
