- Responsible for interacting with all guests for events and rentals.
- Verify completion of setup, tear down, and cleaning of rental rooms for events, courses and parties.
- Assist all groups with various unforeseen needs that come up throughout the event.
- Oversee rental guests to confirm rental policies and procedures are upheld.
- Completes light maintenance duties to include: cleaning restrooms, taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing tables and chairs, and laundry.
- May open and/or close facility depending on scheduled shift.
- Hours: Varies weekly, typically between 10-20 hours per week, usually evenings/weekends depending on the building usage. Position is for the summer season: May through August
- Location: Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center, 8788 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66212
- Salary: $ $18.00 per hour
- Available evenings and/or weekends and be flexible.
- Attentive to detail, self-motivated, able to work with the public.
- Must be able to do some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.)
- Minimum age 18.
