The Store Team Leader – Resource Team advances our mission by showing responsibility for all aspects of an efficient and cost-effective donated goods retail operations.Responsibilities
- Leads talent through hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and development of team members to create a high performing team and build bench strength in assigned store.
- Guides human resource objectives and attracts and retains talent by properly recruiting, selecting, orienting, training scheduling coaching counseling rewarding holding team members accountable.
