Position Overview:
The Branch Manager in Manufacturing is responsible for leading all aspects of the manufacturing branch's operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBITLIES include the following and all other duties assigned:
Oversee the manufacturing and distribution processes, production schedules, and workflow to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of production staff, supervisors, and other personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety compliance within the manufacturing branch.

Manage and maintain equipment inspection records and standard start-up operating procedures.
Monitor raw material supplies, and coordinate with procurement to ensure smooth production processes and avoid shortages.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction. Implement strategies to improve production output and reduce waste.
Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing and distribution operations. Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to meet client demands, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field (preferred).Substantial experience in manufacturing operations, with managerial experience being advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
In-depth knowledge of Fastener Quality Standards (ASTM and FQA). (Required)Lean Manufacturing process to include Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt (preferred)).Strong leadership and people management skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
