- Welding/fabricating sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine the layout and installation of HVAC systems
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and sheet metal accessories, such as registers and grills, using hand tools and power tools
- Install and service HVAC equipment, such as air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Test and adjust HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Ability to fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and accessories
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Description
Performance Personnel Services is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator for HVAC sheet metal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Welding is 25-30% of the job duties.
Pay: $20-22hr+ Depending on experience
