    Customer Service Representative (CSR)


    • Greet customers and provide them with a positive, engaging experience through your personality, professionalism, and performance.
    • Take customer orders in-person or over the phone using our technology and Point of Sales System.
    • Create an exceptional in-store customer experience by maintaining the front of the store cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
    • Ensure all orders are accurate and well-organized.

    Necessary Skills:

    • Multitasking ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and rush hours.
    • Effective communication with team members and customers.
    • Understanding of safe food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
    • Availability to work nights and weekends.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Able to take direction from management.
    • Must be 16 years of age or older to be considered for this role.

    Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year

    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences in-store or over the phone. You will be the face and voice of Domino's customers as the first point of contact.

    Salary Information
