(SFI) is a leading manufacturer of custom butt weld fittings that has been servicing the oil and gas industry for over 70 years.

SFI is seeking a Plate Roll Operator to work in our cylinder/pipe department.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate hot plate cylinder roll machine.
Experience with both cold and hot rolling procedures.
Capable of operating manual Bertsch Rolls.
Capable of rolling different material thicknesses within API standard 1% of round.

Willing to perform other tasks throughout the shop as assigned by the supervisorStrong work ethical self-starter who will take ownership of assigned duties.

Proficient in blueprint reading and all measuring tools.
A strong, team first attitude.
Punctual, and reliable.
Willingness to learn and acquire other skills as necessary.


Physical Requirements:
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
Able to lift 50 pounds. Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.

Working in temperature zones that may include hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.
