Speech Language Pathologist Job (SLP) | Wright City, MO

This position is in partnership with a reputable school district located in Wright City, MO. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students to determine their individual needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address speech and language disorders
Conduct therapy sessions and provide direct intervention to students with communication difficulties
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language goals
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri
ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals
Strong organizational and time management skills
