The Role

The Support/Bussers primary responsibility is to create an uncompromising dining experience throughout the guests visit. Our bussers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and have the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. The bsseer primary responsibilities are to ensure that tables are set to standards, maintain adequate supplies of items needed for service, serve ice, water, and coffee, and clear tables while maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.

The Requirements

As a Support/Busser, we would love you to have:

At least 1 year of experience in related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants

Convey information and ideas with clarity and genuine warmth and hospitality

Able to perform in a team serving environment

High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays REQUIRED

Ability to stand during entire shift

Ability to lift 30 lbs

The Restaurant

Loch Bar opened in the Lone Star State in Summer 2019. Located in the ultra-trendy River Oaks District, Loch Bar is a classic seafood tavern and whiskey bar that offers live music 7 days a week. Centered around one of Houstons most impressive raw bars with over a dozen varieties of east coast and gulf oysters, the food menu also features many of the regions favorite seafood dishes. Loch Bars beverage program is headlined by one of the areas most substantial whiskey lists with selections from around the world. Local craft beer and handcrafted cocktails are served by our dedicated bar staff.
