Messner Reeves LLP, a leading national full-service business law firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado.

Overview:

As a Litigation Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of cases and providing exceptional legal services to our esteemed clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, complex commercial, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations.
Strive for professional growth within a full-service firm environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of construction defect experience.
Experience handling all phases of complex litigation matters.
Strong litigation skills, including handling cases independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
