    We have partnered with a fast growing renewable energy company in the South Bay area to identify the newest member of their Accounting & Finance team.

    The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate accounting activities, supporting their financial operations, assisting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Oversee the daily functions of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
    • Review and evaluate various balance sheet and income statement accounts to determine whether the accounts are correctly stated and initiate any changes needed in the general ledger
    • Prepare monthly financial statements at summary, segment and individual customer levels, ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting
    • Review actual and YTD results to prior period, prior year, budget and forecast; provide explanations as needed.
    • Assist with internal and external audit
    • Assist Controller with budget and forecastsWhat you will bring:
    • At least 3 years of related accounting experience
    • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
    • Proficient Excel skills
