Job summary
We're seeking an Experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.As a key member of our firm, you'll manage pre-litigation cases from start to finish using Filevine, handle client onboarding and intake, track and resolve liens, organize medical records and bills, and draft and send settlement opportunity letters (demands).
Ideal candidates are self-starters with a strong command of personal injury case workup,
- comfortable with direct client interaction,
- eager to contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
