    Description
    The CK Buying/Merch Analyst will support the International Licensing Merchandising team, presenting streamlined regional feedback across key Global milestones.

    They will ensure all regional distribution channel needs are captured, and best positioned to achieve or exceed annual financial goals.

    They will support across all divisions/lifestyles, ensuring internal and external teams adhere to milestone inputs & outputs for successful future ways of working.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Partner with International Teams to request/receive product data from beginning to end of seasonal lifecycle, facilitating and informing the strategic path to growth and brand elevation with KPI based insights.

    Proactively ensure data accuracy; Present findings & suggestions internally to enable strategic product discussions.
    Market Specific range plans across distribution channel(s)
    Seasonal Product Opportunities by lifestyle
    Monthly Best/Worst sellers
    Seasonal Hindsight templates
    Seasonal bookings results

    Analysis of Style/Sku Productivity per region; Lead discussions with partners on sku rationalization to support overarching global strategic direction
    Benchmark results across regions and global partners
    TY/LY seasonal style/sku plan analysis
    Provide seasonal direction on buy plans

    Drive demand forecast process in close collaboration with key internal and regional demand planning and merch teams. Gather insights through market knowledge and quantitative analysis; Present to Merch team for seasonal sign offSupport the evolution of pricing structure through compilation and analysis of regional internal & competitor pricing, across Good | Better | Best price tiers
    Influence global demand future processes, to provide regions visibility to Global demand in efforts to minimize cancellation rate

    Go To Market support:
    Develop relationships with cross-functional partners to keep up-to-date with product strategy and product changes
    Regional SMS order intkae
    Train regional teams on new processes, tools, and methodology
    Set up regional showroom appointments

    Ensure all calendar deliverables are met, ensuring proper preparation for milestone meetings
    Keep in contact with international teams to keep up-to-date on regional sales environments
    Maintain accurate bookings files, and drive processes specific to International channels
    Support Merch team on ad hoc reporting/ tasks as required

    SKILLS:

    Experience:
    At least 5-6 years of merchandising, planning, global experience

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or equivalent

    • Strong product sense with proven experience in building product assortments that drive business
    • Strong grasp on the competitive landscape and market trends
    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Drive focus and clarity amidst multiple, sometimes competing deadlines
    • Works autonomously and able to navigate through ambiguity
    • Self-starter
    • Advanced excel skills

    Pay Range:
    $75,000 - $90,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
