Job summary
The Desktop Support role entails troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for end-users, supporting installations, moves, adds, changes (IMACDs), and coordinating with internal and external functions to achieve high-quality execution of IMACs.Troubleshoot and resolve End users IT issues in their PCs (Desktop, Desktop, Tablet), Mobile phones,
Printers and Other IT Devices in user's environment;
Support Installations,
Moves,
Adds,
Changes (IMACDs) requirements.;
