- Life Skills Trainer
- In the Life Skills Trainer role, you will help this company in its commitment to serving others by providing training, assistance, and supervision to program group participants in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential & community settings.
- Adhere to all treatment philosophies and completes all forms and measurement tools as required
- Assist, supervise, and train participants in basic and advanced living skills (grooming, laundry, cooking, room cleaning, shopping, toileting, feeding, turning in bed, etc) according to the program and charting requirements
- Serve as a primary decision-maker regarding facility emergencies and participant emergencies on the job site or in the community while following emergency guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with six months to one year of experience in the human services field.
