    What We Need:

    This role will support the Air Force Program Manager in all areas of program administration with a focus on scheduling. A strong business acumen and collaborative skillset are required to ensure coordination between all key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to effectively team across company functions at all levels.

    What You'll Do:

    • for planning, budgeting, and scheduling as well as the other administrative tasks to ensure program objectives are attained.
    • critical path assessments, analysis, and reporting.
    • hoc administrative duties, such as delivery tracking, recording of meeting minutes, document editing, and other duties as directed by the Air Force Program Manager
    • program management responsibilities in the absence of the Air Force Program Manager
    • up to 10%.

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience in program management organizations.
    • experience designing, analyzing, and implementing project schedules.
    • with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Federal Government/Department of Defense (DoD) programs. In addition, the candidates should have experience preparing and maintaining a schedule for integration into other tools.
    • level knowledge of Microsoft Project and familiarity with other information systems/data management
    • with maintaining program management items such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Schedule Plans and Baselines, and Schedule Analytic Reports.
    • the development and/or maintenance of the WBS for schedule preparation and cost analysis.
    • and sequence project activities.
    • baseline and update performance.
    • as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and should be comfortable communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • work with minimal supervision, assist in establishing objectives, and be able to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with multi-disciplinary engineering development organizations to include software, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering
    • with Earned Value Management (EVM)
    • in production/manufacturing environments
    • with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Business Intelligence
    • Certification
    • with Department of Defense lexicon and processes to include Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) methodologies

    Salary Range – $ 95,000-115,000

    The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
