    The maintenance teammate is accountable for:

    • Ensuring a clean and safe storage facility to meet company standards (e.g., landscaping, parking, fence, walls, doors, painting)
    • Performing minor maintenance activities throughout the facility
    • Keeping the building and property appearance tidy by sweeping hallways, stairs, storage spaces, and restroom areas
    • Cleaning vacated units promptly and preparing them for future rentals
    • Reporting maintenance needs, potential equipment failures, and unsafe conditions to management
    • Other assigned duties
    • You'd thrive in this role if you can:
    • Work independently with minimal supervision
    • Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
    • Perform basic repairs using handheld tools and equipment

    • We also want you to be aware that:
    • You must be available to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
    • As part of the job, you will frequently stand, sit, kneel, etc.
    • Occasionally, you may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Travel to other facilities for tasks may be required
