No ROLE SUMMARYThe Sanitation Associate is responsible for attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as; cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and additional needs as requested Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Check stocking levels of all consumable and replace when appropriate Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices All other duties as assignedSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance Strong communication skills, customer-orientated and friendly Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining qualityADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screeningPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
