    Default job background
    Description

At Carrum Health, we're rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in our success. Our marketing team has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years, and we're looking to hire an email marketing expert to take our campaigns to the next level.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

    • As Email Marketing Specialist, you will have an integral role in building, editing and deploying emails that inspire and engage potential Carrum Health patients
    • Own the end-to-end QA process: Test emails to ensure quality/accuracy with grammar, links, dynamic content, email rendering, and alignment of brand guidelines
    • Personalize email and landing page content for our different client target audiences and make recommendations to improve and optimize
    • Partner closely with cross-functional partners across Client Success, Product, Design, Data Science, and our external contractors to produce, schedule, and deploy best-in-class email campaigns
    • Monitor and report on your campaigns to ensure they are working well and build alternative strategies as needed
    We're excited about you because...

You want to gain experience in a fast-paced digital health startup, and you're yearning for an opportunity to take your email marketing experience and apply it to a fresh new opportunity that is poised for enormous growth, as we continue to build our marketing automation programs, and implement new marketing technologies to support our growth. We also hope to see from you:
    • Strong understanding of email best practices and email QA requirements, including the use of tools such as Litmus
    • Hands-on experience with HTML and enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, such as Braze. Being able to code from scratch is not a requirement, but comfort with manipulating templates is, and familiarity with Liquid is a bonus.
    • Strong project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
    • Solid communication and collaboration skills and experience working with client success managers, designers and copywriters
    • Experience analyzing channel performance, conducting A/B testing, and building reports for a range of stakeholders
Why you'll love working with us...
    • We're a funny, hard-working, humble, and compassionate group motivated to make waves in healthcare.
    • We're solving one of today's most complex problems and need sharp, creative minds like yours to help us achieve success.
    • You can bring your authentic self to work every day and are encouraged to help others do the same.
    • We are a successful, fast-growing company at the forefront of the health and technology industries.
    • We believe in using data to inform decisions, technology to make our jobs easier, and creative thinking to pave the future.
    • We've partnered with some of the largest employers in the country and top hospitals like Stanford Health Care, Scripps Health, Johns Hopkins, Rush Health, and Providence have joined our platform.
    • We empower team members to be autonomous and provide a collaborative environment where you get support and healthy feedback.
    • We carve out time to let go of work to celebrate our successes and have fun.
    • We have adapted to Covid-19 and are fully remote without any loss to our culture and the relationships we have built
    • You'll feel proud that the work you do each day directly impacts thousands of people's lives in very big ways.
