    Texas About Position:
    Located in Abilene, TXFull-time, permanent positionProvide personal care and assist with the activities of daily living for patients in end of life careRotating; DayshiftMinimum Work Experience - 6 months experienceRequired Licenses/Certifications
    • Current Nurse Aide Certification
    • Current HeartSaver CPR Certification
    • Current Driver's LicenseRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
    • Accountable for the regulatory requirements, functions, and duties of the Hospice Aide
    • Deals effectively with community/consumers
    • Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care
    • Understand the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual concerns/problems of terminally ill patients and families
    • Must be knowledgeable of quality and performance improvement activities
    • Proven written and editing skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Requires ability to handle confidential information
    • Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
