    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Robinson.

    As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies, and report shortages to ensure timely restocking.
    • Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items safely and efficiently.
    • Order Fulfillment: Locate materials and supplies, verify production orders, and deliver materials to work centers as needed.
    • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of description, quantity, and quality of incoming deliveries.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to locate missing packages and replace damaged products.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Experience with ERP and Windows-based computer systems is preferred.
    • Data entry skills, including sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents.
    • Ability to lift objects weighing between 50-100 pounds.
    • Forklift Certification is preferred, with knowledge of safety rules and regulations.

    Preferred Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Team management and organizational skills.
    • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
