- Understand the customer's overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design robust architectures and solutions (including third-party solutions).
- Influence our customers through thought leadership and as trusted advisor translate their problems/requirements, providing them solutions with business outcomes / value-based messaging.
- Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data Platform, Data Migration Strategy, Data Governance strategy, Data Quality, Data Security & privacy best practices, applying appropriate data architecture principles e.g. Data Fabric, Data Mesh
- Lead Architectural Design Sessions to build an implementation plan aligning with customer business goals and their technical environment. This will result in a consensus on solution design and the next steps toward production.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community; evaluate and produce potential solutions/offerings that can be taken to our customers.
- Be a data evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities.
- This role will need to leverage latest technology and best practices to deliver results, agility, efficiency and quality for data platform requirements.
- 10+ years relevant data, big data, and analytics experience; 3+ years' experience in customer facing role.
- Knowledgeable of multiple data warehousing, data management, big data & NoSQL - both on-premises/cloud
- Hands on experience in Databricks/Snowflake.
- Proven track record in developing data strategies (including cloud) and best practices.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; able to present highly technical subject matter across a variety of stakeholder levels.
- Snowflake/Databricks Certified
- AWS and/or Azure experience & certification
- Experience in BFSI/HLS domain
- M-Tech or MBA in IT/Systems preferred.
