What You'll Do as a Verizon Sales Representative
- Engage face-to-face with customers to provide professional customer service and personalized telecom recommendations
- Represent Verizon products with confidence as a Verizon Sales Representative, helping customers select wireless, internet, and home service options
- Use strong customer service skills to identify needs, answer questions, and guide purchasing decisions
- Explain telecom plans, promotions, and features clearly to support informed choices
- Assist customers with account setup, basic troubleshooting, and service questions using a customer service-focused approach
- Accurately document interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups as a Verizon Sales Representative
- Stay informed on Verizon updates, telecom technology, and service changes to deliver knowledgeable customer service
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Sales Representatives to meet daily goals and improve overall customer service performance
