Job summary
We are looking for a part time contractor to assist us with building contract playbooks for third party agreements.Responsibilities
- Review of third party agreement templates to understand key terms and starting positions.
- Research historic agreements to determine acceptable positions our client is on key terms.
- Work with the appropriate resources to build a comprehensive playbook to be utilized by the Legal and Sourcing/Procurement Departments.
