- Establish Milestones and coordinate with operations and supply chain timely progress of Pre Conditioned Air builds.
- Coordinate and conduct real time trouble shooting in consultation with engineering
- Own Pre Conditioned Air projects from beginning to end.
- Follow up with procurement on material shortages
- Oversee build progress, including coordination of in process inspection, and testing
- Guide operation teams on tactical details of execution, including training on work centers
- Coordinate with planning to ensure are milestones of the product build are being followed
- Utilize the knowledge of sheet metal and refrigeration to create optimized operation sequence
- Track daily and hourly progress of build as needed, resolve and remove obstacles and report progress to the plant manager.
- Utilize refrigeration systems knowledge to train people on AC unit build concepts.
