Experiments will involve primary cell culture, flow cytometry, biochemistry, molecular biology assays, techniques such as immunoblotting, qPCR and RNA-sequencing analysis, etc.
    • Perform experiments independently and as a team using transgenic mouse models of chronic inflammatory lung disease and conduct primary cell culture functional assays.
    • Conduct the proposed experiments, analyze (organize and record keeping), interpret and presentation data regularly in lab meetings. Present the findings in national/international conferences, participate in the preparation of original research articles/manuscripts in a timely manner and work with collaborates to develop grant proposals for research funding.
