    Service Dispatchers are responsible for the timely dispatch of Service Requests and Preventative Maintenance Inspections. Dispatchers will work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to build optimized schedules for technicians in specific locations. Dispatchers will assist with managing the backlog and providing timely updates on aging or pending requests. Dispatchers will take incoming calls from technicians to update schedules and ticket notes. Dispatches will monitor regional email boxes to assist technicians, field leaders, and field support with scheduling needs. As needed, dispatchers will assist with taking inbound customer calls and create service requests.
