    We are seeking a Business Analyst II to play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes in their specialty and/or assigned capability domain through an IT Product-Oriented-Delivery (POD) team framework.

    This role works closely and collaborate with project managers, technology and support teams, business, as well as external stakeholders to analyze business requirements and produce deliverables related to their capability POD during internal implementations and roll outs.

    The Business Analyst will be accountable for defining the objectives and desired outcomes of change, while assessing the potential impact of change to the organization.

    This role must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management both within and outside of the IT department.

    Business Analyst:

    Minimum 5 years of related experience, within retail (at a retailer or software company)
    Experience assisting on complex technology projects
    Proven presentation skills translating technical requirements to all levels of business users
    Experience with testing and mapping various business processes

    Business Analyst II (include above plus):

    Added 5+ years experience ( minimum 10 years experience ) delivering multiple, large, highly complex systems changes, projects & programs with a role in IT or Business with the respective department area of focus (i.e.

    Lead Business Analyst, Systems Analyst)
    Able to present to the senior executive level and adjusts communications to most effectively be understood by the target audience with little to no direction
    Supports advanced cost/benefit analysis
    Identifies process opportunities and exploits them at an expert level
    Researches new processes to present results and improve capabilities that are effective
    Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives and fulfill the corporate Mission
    Self-motivation & sense of urgency to drive results, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Proficiency using Data Analytics tools and Query language
    A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
    A Bachelors in business, engineering, computer science, MIS or other four-year related degree

    Merchandising (includes first day, plus):
    5+ years experience with enhancing and/or implementing retail merchandise systems:
    Enterprise merchandising management systems, ERP solutions, such as Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service or Blue Yonder Solution Suites
    Product lifecycle management, merchandise financial planning & analytics, assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, and global sourcing systems
    Promotion Asset Management & Planning solutions

    Other Merchandising solutions:
    Assortment Planning, Cluster, Planogram
