    About the Position:


    The Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of Recruiters and Account Managers.

    This includes maintaining professional customer/clinician relationships, supporting company objectives and leading efforts to develop and implement processes to ensure the team operates to their maximum potential.

    Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.


    What You'll Do:
    Develop and implement strategic financial and operational plans to support corporate budget, revenue, and gross profit financial goals.
    Coach and manage a team to ensure each individual achieves performance objectives.

    Develop and implement processes to ensure the team operates in an efficient manner while ensuring accuracy, speed to market and strong client/clinician service and relationships.

    Analyze data and develop reports and dashboards to identify growth opportunities, areas of improvement and business trends within existing and potential clients.

    Work cross-departmentally with teams such as IT, Operations, Finance and Marketing to maximize productivity and performance.

    What You Bring:

    5+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting.
    At least one year of Leadership experience.
    Experience within a healthcare staffing firm.
    Front-line experience selling and managing client growth programs.
    Experience running clinician acquisition programs via social media, jobs sites, trade shows, etc.
    Experience running a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) and other structured recruiting/client technologies.

    Salary:
    $120,000 + bonus
