Toonen Properties is seeking a FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER at our Appleton location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas.
• Make apartments move-in ready under assigned deadlines.
• Must be able to work quickly, and efficiently, and be very detail-oriented.
• Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely.
• Inform the supervisor of any pertinent resident or property issues or concerns.
• Assist with and attend our fun resident parties.
• Be able and willing to perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a constantly friendly and helpful attitude.
