    Description

    We are currently seeking a Senior Intake Specialist to join our client in their beautiful Downtown San Diego office Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of in-firm intake experience, preferably with management or senior/lead experience as well.


    Responsibilities Include:

    • Handling high call volumes.

    • Maintaining communication logs.

    • Conducting personal interviews.

    • Evaluating legal needs and eligibility.

    • Corresponding with clients for information.

    • Accurately entering data into case management systems.

    • Scheduling consultations.

    • Performing other assigned tasks.


    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of intake specialist experience within a law firm

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Experience with Microsoft Office and software systems like Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Dropbox

    • Strong organization and computer skills.
