- Barrer o aspirar y/o trapear suelos de superficie dura y alfombras.
- Limpiar superficies de trabajo, otros muebles y superficies horizontales y verticales.
- Limpiar paredes, puertas, adornos de pared, zcalos, etc.
- Limpiar baos, incluyendo inodoros, urinarios, divisiones, lavabos, mostradores, espejos, suelos y paredes.
- Reponer suministros en baos, salas de descanso y cocina.
- Limpiar cristales de entrada y otros cristales interiores.
- Retirar la basura de los contenedores y reemplazar las bolsas rotas o sucias.
- Informar al supervisor sobre problemas de mantenimiento de edificios y equipos.
- Llegar puntualmente al trabajo (ubicacin del cliente), realizar los servicios segn los estndares establecidos y asegurarse de que las instalaciones del cliente estn cerradas y aseguradas cuando termine y se vaya.
- Responder de manera positiva y rpida a las rdenes de trabajo del cliente.
- Cumplir con todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad relacionados con la realizacin de tareas, el uso de productos o suministros y la notificacin de incidentes.
- Detallista: presta atencin a los detalles en cada ubicacin del cliente, prestando especial atencin a las solicitudes especiales.
- Amable y Profesional: capaz de tratar con los clientes cuando estn en el lugar mientras se realiza la limpieza.
- Trabajo en equipo: capacidad para trabajar en equipo donde los miembros dependen mutuamente para completar el trabajo.
- Iniciativa propia: capaz de identificar el trabajo que debe realizarse y hacerlo sin necesidad de que se le indique.
