    Outsource is currently looking for a Service Coordinator with at least one year of experience for a contract to hire opportunity in Yuma, AZ. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. The position will help support a busy Low Voltage Contractor's fast paced office. This position is on-site.

    Service Coordinator Job:

    • Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
    • Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
    • Book jobs, create and manage change orders, process invoices and create service tickets.
    • Create status reports and work orders for clients and the field based service team.
    • Scheduling field technicians for emergency service and monthly preventative maintenance appointments.
    • Track and maintain materials including purchase orders, invoicing.
    • Request and manage permits and COI's.
    • Manage company vehicle fleet/DMV renewals.
    • Work on site in a fast paced, growing office environment.

    Service Coordinator Qualifications:

    • 1 year of Project/Service Support/Dispatching experience in a SERVICE and/or CONSTRUCTION related industry. Low Voltage industry experience a plus.
    • Proven ability providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal employees.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with various computer applications.
    • Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
    • Great typing/data entry skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, growing office.
    • Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
