- Assist with data entry, filing, maintaining overall office organization.
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Book jobs, create and manage change orders, process invoices and create service tickets.
- Create status reports and work orders for clients and the field based service team.
- Scheduling field technicians for emergency service and monthly preventative maintenance appointments.
- Track and maintain materials including purchase orders, invoicing.
- Request and manage permits and COI's.
- Manage company vehicle fleet/DMV renewals.
- Work on site in a fast paced, growing office environment.
- 1 year of Project/Service Support/Dispatching experience in a SERVICE and/or CONSTRUCTION related industry. Low Voltage industry experience a plus.
- Proven ability providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal employees.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with various computer applications.
- Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Great typing/data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, growing office.
- Willingness to provide varied support to the Department.
