- High school diploma required
- 2+ years in customer service required
- 1+ year in property management and/or real estate industry is a plus
- Reliable transportation - personal car and drivers license is better
- Starting $25/hr
- $40 monthly phone allowance
- Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm/4pm - opportunities to work OT or on weekends when needed
- PTO after 6 months

Our company is looking for an energetic, innovative, passionate, and responsible individual who is looking to grow in the property management field Our Assistant Community Manager position will be responsible for helping ensure the apartment community's daily operations are running successfully in partnership with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.
The Assistant Community Manager will aide in the management of 400+ unit apartment portfolio, multiple leasing offices, and assist with the supervision of maintenance work in our North County team.
Walz Properties has been in the property management industry since 1995. Our two lovely owners started off by managing multi family property for owners and transitioned to being owner-operated.
