Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Credentialing: Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for approx 80 current providers (adding 3-5 monthly).
- State, Medicare, Medicaid, CAQH, payers in their area, etc
- Entity Licensing: maintain and obtain regulatory license filings for our current entities (2)
- OON Strategy: ensure 'out-of-network' doesn't mean out of sight. You'll manage data flow required to keep us operating smoothly with payers that we are not in network with and help us gain as much online access/visibility to those OON payer portals
- Contracting Bridge: You will initiate communication with payers needed to obtain new contracts/network status. You will also own the follow through but can lean on the CEO, COO, and owner for negotiation if needed.

- You are clear in communications and are able to explain complex contracting statuses to leaders while maintaining professional relationship with payer representatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of full scope healthcare credentialing experience
- Experience with licensing and contracting is a plus
- Deep familiarity with CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers
- Experience credentialing in multiple states is a plus
- Experience with credentialing software and/or other tracking tools
Schedule Expectations
Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM each day, in office in Lehi. 6 paid federal holidays, generous PTO policy.
